These terms of service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and nextdaydough.com (Team Worth Ltd),
Team Worth Ltd, Registration Number 12108628, VAT 332419423, legal office: 51, St Mary’s Road, Tonbrige Kent, TN9 2LE, UK, United Kingdom (“we, us, nextdaydough.com”), concerning your access to and use of the nextdaydough.com website as well as any related applications, including social networks and streaming platforms (“Platform”).
The Platform offers an online place where the users (“Members”) can visit nextdaydough.com’s website, follow nextdaydough.com’ social networks, read nextdaydough.com’s magazine, purchase and/or sell live cooking classes, follow video cooking classes, purchase and/or sell ingredients box and/or utensils for cooking and/or find e-recipe books, podcast and/or participate to corporate & private off-line cooking events through the Platform (“Services”). To be provided some of the Services, Members will be required to sign up or register themselves to nextdaydough.com’s website, by inserting a username and a password, as indicated on the Platform. When you choose a username and/or password during the account sign-up process, please keep it confidential and do not disclose it to anyone else.
Members selling live cooking classes through the Platform are persons that have a proved experience and competence in the food field on the basis of an appropriate certification and or a considerable number of followers on social networks (“Chef”). Members purchasing live cooking classes through the Platform are “Users”. Chef sells a live cooking class (“Chef Event”) through a listing created by nextdaydough.com on the basis of the information provided by the Chef (“Listing”). Users through the Platform book the Chef Event in order to attend it as users of the Chef Services. Members who are not Chef or Users are “General Members”. You need to subscribe to the Terms if you want to be a Member (id est, a Chef and/or a User and/or a General Member). As the provider of the Platform, nextdaydough.com owns, controls, offers and manages any Listings or Chef Services in accordance with the Chef Terms below. nextdaydough.com is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any Member.
You agree that, by accessing the Platform, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are prohibited from using the Platform and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference. In case you don’t agree, you need to write to info@nextdaydough.com.
We may make changes to these Terms at any time. The updated version of these Terms will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Platform represents that you have accepted such changes.
We may update or change the Platform from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and/or our business priorities.
Our Platform is directed to people with food interests globally. The information provided on the Platform is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users over 18 years of age can give their consent for their kids to participate in cooking classes. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to register for the Platform without parental permission. We take discrimination very seriously and as a Member you must not discriminate against anyone for any reason or be abusive, offensive or defamatory. You must not post any communications which are discriminatory, offensive or defamatory on the website and/or our platform or other media and must not act in a discriminatory way either in writing or in person. We have the right to block your access to and use of the Platform and to remove you as a Member if you do.
Additional policies which also apply to your use of the Platform include:
– our “Privacy Notice”, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate;
– our “Cookie Policy” , which sets out information about the cookies on the Platform.
The mentioned additional policies, as well as any supplemental terms and condition or documents that may be posted on the Platform from time to time, are expressly incorporated by reference.
You are advised to review these provisions carefully before proceeding.
If there is an inconsistency between any of the provisions of this English language version and a translated version, the provisions of this English language version shall prevail.

Liability
You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to a Chef Event in accordance with the terms above. You must act with integrity, treat others with respect and comply with applicable laws at all times. If you are booking for an additional guest who is a minor or if you bring a minor to a Chef Service, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.
Our content
Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform and nextdaydough.com Services including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (“Our Content”) are owned or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Platform, Services or Our Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. Provided that you are eligible to use the Platform, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform and Our Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You shall not try to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the Platform and/or make for any purpose including error correction, any modifications, adaptions, additions or enhancements to the Platform or Our Content, including the modification of the paper or digital copies you may have downloaded. We shall prepare the Platform and Our Content with reasonable skill and care and use industry standard virus detection software to try to block the uploading of content to the Platform that contains viruses. The content on the Platform is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from taking, any action on the basis of the content on the Platform. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that Our Content on the Platform is accurate, complete or up to date.

We do not have any influence or control over any such third parties’ websites or applications or the third parties’ operator. We are not responsible for and do not endorse any third parties’ websites or applications or their availability or content. We accept no responsibility for adverts contained within the Platform. If you agree to purchase goods and/or services from any third party who advertises in the Platform, you do so at your own risk. The advertiser, and not us, is responsible for such goods and/or services and if you have any questions or complaints in relation to them, you should contact the advertiser.
Platform Management
We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to monitor the Platform for breaches of these Terms; take appropriate legal action against anyone in breach of applicable laws or these Terms; refuse, restrict access to or availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your contributions; remove from the Platform or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way a burden to our systems; and otherwise manage the Platform in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Platform and the Services. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Platform and you should use your own virus protection software.
Modifications to and availability of the Platform
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We cannot guarantee the Platform and Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Platform, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Platform or Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Platform or Services. We are not obliged to maintain and support the Platform or Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases. There may be information on the Platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Services, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information at any time, without prior notice.
Disclaimer/limitation of liability
The Platform and Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Platform and Services will be at your sole risk except as expressly set out in these Terms. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.
Term and termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform and Services or are otherwise a user of the Platform, as applicable. You may terminate your use or participation at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions for terminating user accounts in your account settings, if available, or by contacting us at info@nextdaydough.com. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Platform and Services (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained in these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Platform and/or Services is in breach of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation, we may terminate your use or participation in the Platform and Services or delete your profile and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason set out in this Section, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Disputes
You agree that these Terms and any claim, dispute or controversy arising out of in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), the Services, the Platform, nextdaydough.com’s advertising or any related transaction between you and nextdaydough.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such matters (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer and reside outside of England and Wales, you will be given no less protection than that afforded to you by your local jurisdiction. Listing
The Listing is set up and managed by nextdaydough.com on the basis of the information provided by you. You shall provide to nextdaydough.com complete and accurate information about your Chef Service as well as your competence and experience. You are responsible for your acts and omissions as well as for keeping the Listing information (including calendar availability) up-to-date and accurate at all times. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance for your Chef Services and suggest you carefully review policy terms and conditions like coverage details and exclusions.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws, rules, regulations and relationship with third parties that apply to your Listing or Chef Service. Some jurisdictions require Chef to register, get a permit, or obtain a license before providing certain Chef Services. Information we provide regarding legal requirements is for informational purposes only and you should independently confirm your obligations.
Liability
You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you allow to participate in providing your Chef Service in accordance with the Terms and the Chef Terms herein. You are responsible for establishing rules and requirements for your Chef Service and the relevant Listing as indicated to nextdaydough.com. Do not encourage Users to book through other platforms, provide their contact information or take other actions outside the Platform.
If you work as part of a team, business or other organization, the entity and each individual who participates in providing your Chef Service is responsible and liable as a Chef under these Terms. If you accept terms or enter into contracts, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into contracts for and bind your team, business or other organization, and that each entity you use is in good standing under the laws of the place where it is established. If you perform other functions, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to perform those functions. If you instruct nextdaydough.com to send payments to someone else, you must be authorized to do so and you are responsible and liable for the payment amounts and accuracy of any payout information you provide.
nextdaydough.com is not responsible of the content of the Listing nor of the Chef Services.
As a Chef, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that apply to your Chef Service.
Content
In general with reference to the Content, General Terms for Members shall apply. In accordance with the Terms, you will provide nextdaydough.com text, photos, audio, video, information, recipes and other content (“Chef Content”). By providing Content, in whatever form and through whatever means, you grant nextdaydough.com a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license, for the term of the protection of the rights so licensed, to access, use, store, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such Content at its discretion and for any purposes, including promoting nextdaydough.com and/or the Platform, in any media or platform, known or unknown to date and in particular on Internet and social networks as well as including for advertising purposes. Where nextdaydough.com pays for the creation of Content or facilitates its creation, nextdaydough.com may own that Content, in which case supplemental terms or disclosures will say that. You are solely responsible for all Content that you provide and warrant that you either own it or are authorized to grant nextdaydough.com the rights described in these Terms. You are responsible and liable if any of your Content violates or infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. Content must comply with our policies, which prohibit, among other things, discriminatory, obscene, harassing, deceptive, violent and illegal content. You agree that nextdaydough.com may make available services or automated tools to translate Content and that your Content may be translated using such services or tools. nextdaydough.com does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of translations and Members are responsible for confirming the accuracy of such translations.
Taxes
As a Chef, you are responsible for determining and fulfilling your obligations under applicable laws to report, collect, remit or include in your price any applicable VAT or other indirect taxes, income or other taxes (“Taxes”).
General Terms for all Members
Information and content you provide to us
You represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete and relate to you and not a third party; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary; (c) you will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account; (d) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; and (e) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Platform. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user information (such as an identification code or user name) and/or password you must promptly notify us at info@nextdaydough.com. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account. We may remove or change a username you select if we determine that such username is inappropriate.
There may be opportunities for you to post content to the Platform or send feedback to us (“Member Content”). You understand and agree that your Member Content may be viewed by other users on the Platform and that they may be able to see who has posted that Member Content. You further agree that we can use your Member Content for any other purposes whatsoever in perpetuity without payment to you and combine your Member Content with other content for use within the Platform and otherwise. We do not have to attribute your Member Content to you. When you upload or post content to our site, you grant us the following rights to use that content. In posting Member Content, including reviews or making contact with other users of the Platform you shall comply with our Terms and policies. You warrant that any Member Content does comply with our Terms and policies and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of this warranty. We have the right to remove any Member Content you put on the Platform if, in our opinion, such Member Content does not comply with our Terms and policies. We are not responsible and accept no liability for any Member Content including any such content that contains incorrect information or is defamatory or loss of Member Content. We accept no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any Member Content but we reserve the right to remove, screen and/or edit any Member Content without notice and at any time. Member Content has not been verified or approved by us and the views expressed by other users on the Platform do not represent our views or values. If you wish to complain about Member Content uploaded by other users, please contact us at info@nextdaydough.com.
General
Visiting the Platform, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications, you consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the Platform. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Platform or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time.
We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or use of the Platform or Services.
You are not permitted to use the trademarks of nextdaydough.com trading as (Team worth Ltd.)without our approval, unless they are part of material our Platform explicitly states you are permitted to use.
A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.
