Returns or Damage
Oh no, did something go wrong with your order? If you notice any issues like a defective item or damage, or if something isn’t what you ordered, please let us know immediately! We’re here to help make things right as quickly as we can. If anything in your box is missing or doesn’t survive the journey, we’ll hustle to send a replacement the next day via DPD delivery. If replacing it isn’t possible, we’ll ensure you get a refund for what’s missing or damaged. Just give us a heads-up within 48 hours of your box’s arrival. We might ask for photos to help us figure out how to avoid this in the future and improve our packaging.
Refunds
As soon as we review your refund request, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it’s yes, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method automatically.
