For the best delivery experience, we recommend downloading the DPD app, which allows you to track, redirect, or nominate an alternative delivery location if you are not at home. Our deliveries are made through DPD’s Clean, Green Delivery service, ensuring we offset our carbon emissions. If you miss a delivery, it is your responsibility to contact the courier using the details provided to arrange a redelivery.
